• a solicitor; or
• a person (not being a lawyer) who is providing conveyancing services; under s38(1)(d) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002.

I acknowledge that if my account is not used for 365 calendar days it will be deactivated. A new account can be created at any point after deactivation if the access criteria is still met.
